Hey Chris, NetApp is a great filer company but there is no synergy in caching. Its a different sell and Cacheflow is in the right spot at the right time.

NetApp netCache: Down sequentially
Cacheflow: +75% sequentially

I like NetApp the company, its just that the stock is overvalued.
