Victor, that is in-line with my expectations. I am expecting some growth in R&D spending, but slower than the growth in sales.

Don't get the idea that I am concerned about the high level of R&D; my comment on it was just an observation without any attempt to judge whether it is right or wrong. I give management the benefit of the doubt on decisions like that, but hold them responsible for the results - and so far I am quite pleased with the results. Actually as I recall, my main observation was that while R&D was unusually high, sales and marketing was not. This to me was more surprising than the high R&D. Startup software companies tend to have both high R&D and high Sales and Marketing expense, but NETP is only high in R&D.
