Yaacov. I still can't believe that a country would deny help until probably too late. Help could have been there by Tuesday. dailynews.yahoo.com About Bush in office. According to focus groups, most of them went ga ga over Gore's speech tonight. Gore even took credit for the welfare reform which the Clinton/Gore administration vetoed twice before finally getting the message: You can't keep people on welfare forever. Gore thinks he will do great in foreign affairs. Reason: He voted for the Gulf war. My wife said: Looks like he is not a bad kisser on stage. Hopefully this will not be enough to get him elected. He def. looks like a divider and not a uniter. Class warfare. Middle class can fend for themselves. As far as I can tell, he thinks they are too rich. He spoke of his mother waiting on tables for 25 cent tips when she was younger and working herself up and living in a YMCA. I did not quite get it. I guess he thought she should have received welfare instead. Globex looked pretty good earlier on but the NAZ 100 futures are up only a little and the e-NAZ is down at this time. I hope the market did not get worried about Gore's speech. Bashing big HMO's, big drug cos., oil cos., tobacco cos., etc. I guess smaller cos. will be alright under him.
