Gerald, I think the politics are crazy, and US politics are crazies of all! So what is this balagan about Liebermann
being Jewish or not observing Tisha B'Av. Big deal. Orthodox Jews would like to celebrate a holiday for 365 days a year and that is their business. Mr. Liebermann is
a not a Orthodox Jew and doesn't observ that holiday, that is all. In the United States, were people pride theselves on
the seperation of the CHurch and the State, people should understand. The whole bloddy thing boils down to anti-semetism that is well and alive, even in the heart of Untied States. My mother used to say to us "" when the catholic kids living in the neighbourhood get drunk, or have sex screws nobody notices. Nobody says look at that dunkard goy etc. But when a Jewish kids get drunk or have pre-marital sex, then everybody says look at that "drunk Jewish bitch!" Moral of the story, Jews are always a target, and I am sure Mr. Liebermann will make a big one.

I don't like Gore and I like Liebermann even less, but I think Mr. Liebermann has the right to chew on good pork and drink wine on the Shabat
if he wants. Judism is not all aobut dietery laws, and I am sure that has nothing to do with his politics.
