Perhaps taking a more agnostic approach and moving money from relatively strong to relatively weak stocks will work better than a buy and hold. Over time, you can participate in the growth of the sector while accumulating shares through a buy low and sell high discipline.

Funny you should mention that Baird...I'm beginning to think exactly the same thing for my tax-deferred accounts. I want to remain fully invested but switching horses occasionally sure seems like it may work better than buy and hold in this psycho market!
