Insider trading at Mitel ? Believe it or not , ZERO for the past 13 months. insidertrader.com fwiw, I consider this to be a very bullish indicator . It usually means that insiders are extremely bullish . I can't believe that, in 13 months ,someone didn't cash in some stock options to pay down the mortgage or something.They must have very compelling reason (or reasons) to all be holding. Also, if they aren't buying or selling , it may be because they are restricted ,because of inside information. btw, I have confirmed Mlt's insider trading on Edgar - there just isn't any. Absolut Guaranteed
