I am not blessed with the ability or inclination to get into programning beyond using those capabilities provided by the charting programs. I have played a bit with excel. As for easy language, I am not the person to ask but I bet you can find many examples at their site and at TASC site to give you an idea. I have known many that have thrown up their hands at trying to get into it. I am sure with your background it will be 2nd nature. I can't bad mouth SC/TS. I am sure they are good products. But I have noticed that those who have more than one program, rarely use them. Yes many data sources are cheaper than Dial Data. I have always wondered why you have never complained about the dirty data that most find with D/D. Do you clean it up often? Or have you moved to the large data base yet?
