w, I've put a lot of thought into potential SpinCo trading/investment strategies and come up with my game plan going in. Here goes nothing: If you look at the numbers over the last few quarters, QClassic is humming along at about a 40% YOY clip, while the SpinCo side is responsible for the 'slump'. Due to ASP erosion, their earnings declined in the last quarter. In light of this, I am preparing for a poor IPO. I am setting aside funds to scoop up a woefully undervalued SpinCo. That is scenario #1 of many. Even if this comes true, will the market then value QClassic as the high growth, steady company it is, or just sink the whole thing? Don't know. Maybe SpinCo ends up with a blockbuster IPO and the whole pie runs up. Well, I'm more than positioned for that. I am prepared for the worst! Cooters
