Neocon, I also live in Florida and have to defend it. I am in North Florida. Women and minorities here have full access to opportunity. I see many women business owners, managers and we have had female Presidents of the Chamber, etc.. In our part of the state I believe opportunity is based on skill, training, ambition and little on gender or race.
