Neo-- I can't tell whether you had a good time or not, but am sure you did-- Paris in August is usually very quiet. We leave for Paris in two weeks, but will only be there a day or so before we float up the Rhine on a barge. Although all we plan to do is eat and drink, it will be French wine and cheese, and thus acceptable as an international experience. I would tell you about my trip to Mexico, but it would involve bathrooms and is not pleasant. Did you buy crepes doused with liqueur and sugar at the little grills on Montmartre? that was our favorite activity. Our least favorite excursion was the Eiffel Tower, where I almost got into a fist fight with a very tiny, very rude Indian woman.
