What happened? Hey this is just third hand but I thought I would pass it on anyway. August 15th: - Word gets out on a WIM news release for August 16th on an announcement of a new deal. August 16th: - WIM runs into a problem with the deal, delays release. August 17th: - TSE calls up WIM asking for a statement on volumes. WIM manages to talk TSE into allowing till week of 21st for announcment. TSE sent a formal warning to WIM on procedures. As I said third hand but with a volume blip like WIM had on Tuesday, odds are TSE would have made inquires.
