We could easily cross 4000 - it's only 30 points away. My point is we're not going that far - the volume and lack of follow-through until yesterday do not support a sustained rally. And broken downtrends mean nothing - only one bear market in history never broke its downtrend at some point - '29-'32. The NAZ has yet to break its highest downtrend line, by the way.
