Wow.... if one were to believe your article Greg you would think Oracle owns this space and is growing faster than any other competitor (very laughable). The notion that NT is a newcomer to this space (via Clarify) is another joke as Clarify has been the #2 vendor (behind SEBL) for a long, long time. Kana is new as are several others on your list. I don't follow them as closely but my initial impressions of their product lines are very limited (functionality, only an internet product etc..). Greg - I know this is the Siebel thread and folks are prone to 'pump' their own stocks but quite honestly. Siebel is far and away the top game in town in the CRM arena. Clarify is #2 (i.e. NT) but is losing ground every quarter as the gorilla Siebel is starting to dominate the value chain relationships (NT in and of itself is a great investment though). Oracle makes a lot of noise and the other players fill niche's.

In short. If you want to invest in the CRM space buy Siebel and forget the rest.
