what you've done is also lowered your chances of losing one hand, b/c the odds are one of the 2 cards will be a face. again, the odds of winning improve, depending on what the dealer is showing. tough call against an 8, 9, or 10 showing. if you keep the 2 aces, you have to piece together a hand with small cards to reach 19, 20, or 21. tough sledding, although you have the ability to get more cards b/c of the aces being 1 or 10.

<<Think about it. You have Doubled your bet, only an 8,9,10 probably wins thats 6 out of the 13 cards. You could win on a dealer bust, too but not worth DOUBLING your bet, IMO.>>
again, it all depends on the dealer cards...
