oldirtybastard, While talking about the evils of curbing the right to free speech, you in the same message tell me to shut up. You have a right to your opinion - and guess what, Einstein - SO DO I. Hypocrite. Tony doesn't have to TELL anyone to do anything - it is implied in that very article that the short is conspiratorial. Why? Because each of them is aware of the other shorting at substantially the same time and at substantially the same price. Tony doesn't have to order a thing outright - the collusion is obvious. Your own thick skull seems impenetrably unable to comprehend the many meanings of "conspire" and "collude" - and this article illustrates an event in Elgindy's past that very very closely resembles COLLUSION. Don't bitch at me, ODB - I just pasted the text of an article that an eyewitness wrote, and I just called attention to the POSSIBILITY that the action described was illegal. That's it. If you know better, then you don't need to correspond with me... but I and several others suspect that this may be a compelling example of a violation of Section 9, SEA 1934. The point is rhetorical for the moment - only when a Federal judgement is rendered will you or I know for sure.
