This is getting pretty interesting - at least to me.

Seligman had jumped into the #1 holder, that is, until today.

Dresner RCM just showed up with 965,700 shares making them the largest holder. (All acquired in 2Q)

With reports still coming in, institutions owned (as of 6/30) 4,373,370 shares. I'm not sure but I thought the company issued 6.5 million shares in the IPO. Thus institutions own over 67% of the float. And that is before the 2 million share private placement that just took place.
