I've been off the thread for several weeks and have 600+ messages to catch up on so if I'm covering ground already addressed don't flame me. Unless I'm missing something, it seems to me that Reimer's statement about a rework of the product is a "fait acomplie" (excuse my spelling). IMHO they are really doing it because they know they are violating a patent and are looking for a way to continue producing flash. I wish that LEXR had raised more cash in the IPO since it will leave more $$ when we reach the damage stage of the trial. Reimer's statement about SNDK trying to buy the company to get their technology is probably hogwash (IMHO). It would be a severe departure from SNDK management style and strategy which has always been to license or cross license technology. LEXR is about to get burned bad. Mike G.
