Heinz, I think these populists talking about the big oil
companies keeping up prices are really lost in space.

what about the massive decline from 27$ in Oct of 1997 down
to the 10 dollar low in Feb of 1999.

capital spending on getting new reserves just collapsed and
has been very slow to get back up to speed.
