I agree that the NAZ will likely trace a similar path to that of the Nikkei (hopefully not with a similar 10-year recession afterwards).

Personally, I think that a potential catalyst for the decline (the SEC proposed "toughening" of accounting standards) may yet be a while off (I think that the latest deadline is around the end of the year, who knows when it will actually take effect).
