I think it is a bit of a narrow viewpoint. I have seen bar fights between engineers(not the train kind), office workers, and even doctors, so the art of fighting in bars is not restricted to the persona of the rednecks. Liquor does the same funny things to people, regardless of who they are, or where the come from. BTW, any body that thinks beer, and wine, ain't liquor, are fooling themselves.
