Neo, Maybe you don't know how the name "redneck" originated. It came from the fact that those that work in the sun, plying a number of different trades, have napes of the neck that are red from the sun. Some can be bums, and others can be refined. Rednecks had nothing to do with biker gangs, as many may think.
