I got back and saw it and was thinking "This is really sad that it's gotten this bad in places, but I didn't think it'd gotten this bad! I should've stepped in sooner." I'm glad to know that some measure of what I'm seeing is an anomaly. But a lot of it isn't, and that's being addressed now and will be more aggressively in the future.
