maintenance - I'm not sure but I think we agree. I have no problem with the Americans imposing severe restrictions on DBRSY as their business practices were/are outrageous. It's just that it seems like some are blaming Canada and/or WSP for the fact that they can't tender, when in fact neither of these two can do anything about it.
PS - Yeah, I got a laugh out of people saying that we should complain to our government over the DBRSY takeover like everybody takes advantage of poor old Canada. Barrick leases American government land for approximately $10,000 per year and the world's most profitable gold mine is on it. Noranda has almost as sweet a deal near Yellowstone so it goes both ways.
