I've been hiring guys all week to help at work with landscaping and such. In order to avoid all the paperwork and liability I hire the guys from Labor Ready for $11 an hour. The workers only get paid minimun wage. Where did the difference go? It's not that I need LaborReady to find people for me. I know several guys I've hired in the past and I pay them $10/hour cash. It's because of the government that these poor people make %40 less than they otherwise would.

Can you imagine busting your ass in 95 degrees shoveling rock all day for less then $6/hour.
