bernie: I was citing an old stock market saying. In this case I think it does solve a few things. Let's assume buying and selling was almost equal to day. That was 500,000 shares bought. Also large amounts bought yesterday. The sellers are getting the liquidity they need. NETP still has an inheritance of VC's, underwriters, insiders, KD1 shareholders fretting to unload. I would be happy if we had 1 million turnover for the next month and never moved in price if it gave them all a chance to exit. If it moves up strongly on fundamentals, or recommendations or market sentiment, a lot of those now planning to sell will hold, as they always do.
