QUESTION:
I need help locating a trading account where you have direct access to the traders...
Is there one around???
I've tried a big brokers approach.... to my financial dismay.
Where or where does one go for respectable high service when you want ot trade ten trades a DAY????, reasonably of course AND Not the twenty nine I've paid.

Is there another brokerage account, (with software), designed to where you can 'connect' by hitting 'send' when you're ready with the order/position you want and have it go directly to the floor trader?? 'Not hung up trying to connect input data on their page which may or may not accept it?? esp. WHEN YOU NEED IMMEDIATE ACTION??
I've been having 'all kinds' of problems, AND then when I complain, they deny their receipt. Well, I manually record each and every # order time, etc.
Well "they say their software "isn't" recording my request, or it "wasn't" showing such a request, and then they offer to do it manually.... chit? By then my turning point is lost, and in a few cases big dollar losses. This has happened on three seperate occasions, today being the last. How can I retreive a copy of my 'actual' from their site {which should be in my history right?}
in order to <prove> my point to overcome their denials on everything.
Hell, that's all I'm going to take..
This Website just is not reliable, and sure isn't set up for daytrading, and then to twist the knife, the site keeps dropping the connection from trade to trade, without recording each transaction request consistantly.
SO I will be changing brokers >>>> Obviously, and I need suggestions from all of you, who have been there done that!
Maybe it's <<MY>> 500MHZ PC, with nineteen inch screen and 16meg video that isn't working fast enough?
