Milo - RE: "AMD's Sanders: More speed on the way" 1.1GHz came out this week and neither Compaq nor Gateway, not even any Pricewatch vendors are selling the part, and AMD is already talking 1.2GHz??? Woohoo!, I was gone a week and AMD went up 21.6%. ;) Edit: Gateway is still selling 750MHz Athlon systems. In the past, when AMD released a faster processor, Gateway would ditch the lowest speed grade and sell a 50MHz faster system for the same price. Not this time. AMD may have fooled the street with the 1.1GHz Athlon "release", but they haven't fooled me...
