well this has been big disappointment to me i think if volume picks back up so will stock would love to see 6 but shooting for only 2-2 1/2 ..fed meeting will determine if money flows back into markets and in what amounts, if rate rises are done then yes we should see upward bias that should include cnrs which might drag it kicking and screaming above 2 again..
