Doug I'm having the same slowdown,resources,problems with the same amount of windows open.I'm running 256 Ram on Win98 SE,IE 5.01 866 processor on a new Dell 4100. I've tested my system and it's fine.I know I have latency DSL issues with Southwestern Bell constantly.If you come up with anything please post it or PM me.I'll do the same. Thanks Ed
