He may in fact, due to his rantings, have cost hard working people
to lose lose money by selling way too soon. In the guise of having
fun.

Hmm. Well if that is the case, then it is a lesson that needed to be
learned. Allowing others enthusiasm (or anti-enthusiasm) to influence
a stock position is an elementary error. People that can't keep this
tendency in check would do well to hire a broker, or better yet buy
some index funds and take up golf, or the piano.

Now, I am not such an a$$ that I don't know how easy it is, especially
under stress, to get wierded out from reading stock chat boards. Some
jerk screaming sell sell sell when your portfolio is hurting can
suddenly, even if for just a moment, begin to sound sensible.

But on the other hand that jerk is no different that the jerk that
sings buy buy buy...

In the end each person is responsible for their own actions right?
Right.

The fact of the matter is, JT has a contrarian opinion. And although
he can be blunt and abrasive, and is most certainly not 100% right (as
we all have blidspots); his opinion, seems to me is, founded on some
pretty decent logic. The reasons he has expressed for not liking EDIG
are not far fetched. They are just more conservative than the reasons
that 'longs' here have to like the company.

I think this description of his opposition:
He expects investors to listen to him...maybe pass on a once in a
lifetime chance to get in on the ground floor of an exciting company
with new technology...simply because HE DOESN'T LIKE OTC STOCKS!!

is inaccurate in it's depth.

Jon has criticized the business model, financial condition,
leadership, and past performance of the company.

These sorts of criticisms are the same sort that a stock rating firm,
or a mutual fund will make.

Is he right? That's your call. But he is entitled to his opinion...

Just because he disagrees with the vast majority of the members of
this thread does not make him wrong (even though he MAY be).

Just because he annoys the majority of this thread does not make him
stupid (I don't think he is).

Just because he spends time trying to convince folks to re-evaluate
their position in this stock doesn't make him evil (at least not any
more evil than those that would like to convince folks to look at
buying it).

Anyway...
