This is strictly from memory but to be listed on NAZ a company has to maintain an average share price of $5.00 per share for over 30 days. Or a market cap of over 50mil. Hence the OTC listing. TCMM attains too much of it's earnings from tax benefits. Its far under the radar screen of institutions .
