Geeez,. West! I am glad to read your about your experiences, but you completely misunderstood my reference to Griffin. I was not needling you! You are the first person with your background that I have run into who has not read him extensively. So don't get pissed, and relax. I admire you very much! BTW, you might try "The Lieutenants" his first book in the "Medal of Honor" series. Griffin went through FT. Holabird "CI" school in 46, and was General I.D. White's staff in Germany after that. He served as a combat correspondent in Korea. This is the book that made him famous, because it covers the US Army as it was during that period. I really feel badly that you took my reference to him as a dig at you. It was exactly the opposite.
