You may want to take a look at the following: interactivebrokers.com mbtrading.com cybercorp.com I'm a satisifed customer of one of those brokers and know a number of traders trading with the other two that rate their service highly. If you do not want to invest the time and effort required to become proficient at routing your orders yourself, but still want reasonably fast executions and can tolerate a web-based interface then you may want to consider Datek (http://www.datek.com).
