An interesting comment in that chat:

In fact, I know of one pharmaceutical company where their primary discovery tool, across all of their drug-discovery platforms is proteomics. They obviously had some major successes using the proteomics approach. I just can't tell you any more about it.

Anyone have any idea which company he is referring to?
