Chris, From top to bottom, this is THE worst managed company in the telecom space. Somehow, they convinced shareholders that having a monopoly in local service and a duopoly in analog wireless was something THEY DID. Vertical services were just cream on top of the monopoly pie. Now they are seeing real competition in various markets and they are puking. From technology in their data centers to TDMA in wireless, they are decades behind the curve. It will get a lot worse.
