Can you tell me why MBL would do a financing at such a low price of $1.25 including cheap warrants, when the stock traded as high as $15 ??

IMO, it is one of the reasons MBL keeps falling ! With only prototypes out during Q3/Q4, this stock could fall further, especially in light of the cheap financing. People that have subscribed to this financing are probably short MBL.

I am long on MBL, but I am a bit perplexed by the management's decision to finance at such cheap prices ! Any comments ??
