Knowledge Management Revenues

I am responding to a post in which I said that I thought I heard the GM of the KM division say that 3Q and 4Q would be "huge", but warned that I may have misheard and to check it out.

I checked it myself twice. The words are swallowed, but I am confident that he said "3Q and 4Q will be very big for us (Knowledge Management)!". This followed a passage in which he was explaining that although they have had revenues for pilot studies with a number of new customers, they will not announce them until a contract has been signed for the full installation. He said we should be hearing something soon.

He also said that the sales cycle can be 3-9 months for
KM. The sales team attacked the market aggressivley in 1Q, in a bid to get new customers, but the fruit of their work will not start showing up for 6-9 months and this led to his remark that 3Q and 4Q will be very big for us.

He also said that they are working on ROI case studies using data from Proctor and Gamble and JP Morgan and other customers.
