Opera seems to call the thing with the URL box a progress bar, and it's at the bottom by default. The URL box doesn't show up until the page is fully loaded.

Also it's caching more than it should. go into preferences, history and cache and then check 'check modified' documents ALWAYS. It probably won't seem as snappy, but the SI post numbers work right now.
