We have one heck of a lot better chance of seeing the debt decline under Gore than we do under Bush. Bush's tax cuts will prompt the Fed to boost interest rates in a flash, increasing the large part of the government budget that goes to service the debt, and POOF! we'll be back in deficit spending. JMHO.
