Did anyone happen to notice that VIX.X broke 20 (19.43) for the first time in months? This is a pretty clear indication of a top. My guess would be we have our final down leg for the summer over the next week to two weeks. Then around the first week of October we have our election and annual fall rally. BTWDIK. Matt
