A.Reader,

Since when can an individual under indictment for alledgedly violating Canadian securities regulations unload the remaining shares under his control?

I would imagine his shares in CORL are locked up until his case is tried so I don't see him selling anything unless it's due to a corporate buy out.

And additionally, since he commented in an recent article that his departure was contemplated 3 months ago (when Cannacord was still in negotiations with them for financing), his resignation is nothing more than a
public announcement of something that was already agreed upon months ago before the financing was completed (ie: Cannacord probably told him the only way they would do the financing was for him to resign).

So bet on this company having something of material interest occurring within the next several months. Either they will have an announcement of consequence regarding product sales, or they will likely be bought out in order for the acquiring company to nab their distribution channels and brand name.

One thing is certain... it won't be sitting at $3 and change two months from now. It will either be out of business or the stock will be higher on the basis of new strategic initiatives.

Otherwise, our current interim CEO wouldn't be vying for permanent status as he has stated publicly. Being the son of a Canadian ambassador, I'm sure he could probably find a lot of other rewarding pursuits. So obviously he knows something that you and Rod do not.
