Don, All, Kathy Knight McConnell has obtained a copy of the Official Complaint that the SEC filed against DCI Telecommunications and has posted it to her "Investor To Investor" web site, DCI forum in the Newsletter files. The document is 41 pages long, but worth going through if you are holding DCTC. It's free, but you'll need to register with a real name and e-mail address to access her site.
