New company going public Monday called OIIM (O2Micro). Supposedly operates in this sector. Anyone want to compare OIIM with TLCM for valuations?
OIIM will trade at ~$8
2000 Net income should be ~$4,000,000
Shares outstanding = 31,000,000
EPS ~ 0.12
PE @ $8 a share = 66x
Sales growth rate ~80%, but may be slowing.
Is OIIM a buy at the offering price?
