my 20-30 points is based on cISCO disclosing this deal as true: -- logical reasons for the big jump when this happens--
1- small stock float 16 million -- when you have millions of investors excited and a small float --wow --
2- exposure to millions of stock holders of CISCO when the news is finalized
3-- the balance sheet has no debt and 10$ a share
4- YHOO AOL MSFT ATT and now CISCO have endorsed the technology
