Then I get replies that this is spamming. I don't think so!.

It is. There's no reason to create multiple LMX threads except to get it before as many eyes as possible. Please use an existing thread rather than creating new ones all the time.

I'd delete some of these other threads, but won't because the question has been raised whether they're evidence of securities violations. We try not to revise history or remove evidence with our deletions.

Again, can someone just look at the company, LMX, for what its worth and not get caught up that I wrote two messages on it on various threads under headings it fit!

That's the downside of spamming here. In fact, there isn't any upside. On other sites, spamming can often result in significant movement in the spammed stocks, but here (savvy bunch that we are) it always results in incredulity. The skeptics will come out of the woodwork.

I see alot more than that from other people

I'd appreciate it if you'd point out specific instances. The multi-new-thread form of spam happens pretty rarely. And usually results in account suspension just like the other kind. You haven't gone overboard with it, though, so I'd just appreciate it if you don't make any more LMX threads.
