OT - GZ, maybe you should look at the number of inmates put to death in Texas each year and ask if that is working. Sorry, but what we need is to go to the source and reach these people while they are still children and before they become criminals. Cutting off hands hasn't worked for centuries and putting people to death isn't working. We keep building more prisons and crime gets worse. About a week ago, Texas executed two criminals in one night. The numbers keep growing. Of course, its much easier for the politicians this way than to look at, and deal with, the real issue.
