Hey Clappy! How about getting rid of some of the Tomatoes and Zucchini in one recipe:

Italian Zucchini

8 medium zucchini squash
1 (No 2) can whole tonatoes (maybe a qt. of "Clappy Tomatoes")
1 t. choped green pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
Salt and pepper
Butter

Cut zucchini in halves lengthwise. Place in casserole dish. Pour tomatoes ovder swuash. Sprinkle on green peppr and place onion slices on top. season with salt and pepper; dot with butter. Cover and bake.

Pan fried Zucchini

2 small garlic segment, crushed
2 T. Oil
1 small sliced onion
3 c. sliced zucchini
1 t. salt 1 1/2 t. Acent
1c. big chunks of tomatoes

Saute garlic in oil until golden brown. Add onions and sliced zucchini; stir. Add salt and Accdnt. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes, while continuing to stir. Add tomatoes; gently toss the vegetables for 1 minute. Remove from heat immediately.
