Yea! It does sound wonderful doesn't it? A little healthier than French Fries, I'd say.......but to that sauce of Catsup (I use Chili Sauce) and horseradish I would add a dash of lemon juice, little pancake syrup (to taste) and a dash of vodka to bring out the flavor. Nice sauce.

BTW Randy! Welcome to the porch. I have a feeling ya been out there lurking and never posted on the porch before. I hope you will not let this be the last time. We would love for you to make yourself a regular porcher.

Nothing is off topic on the porch...it is pretty well focused on the market when it is open but ya never know what the discussion will be about the other 17 1/2 hours.

Look! If ya got a minute I would love to sit and chat wif ya and some of the other folks are on their way over. Grab yaself a rocker and let me go and fetch ya a glass of lemonade.

That's it. We only have two....we make them up as we go along. The regular porchers are such nice folks we haven't had to make up any more rules.
