clappy here's a tomato dish that leaves em Wanting oven at 350 take a good sized baking dish....... fill with tomatoes...some whole...some cut...halves ..quarters...mix in a variety of tomatoes...green striped...cherries...beef stake...early girl..ect....put.in a few slices of red onion... 7-9 basil leaves for color..a good hand full of dried olives.....4-5 garlic fists...( some cleaned cloves scattered about...) fresh oregano...drizzle with a fair amount of olive oil...salt and fresh ground black pepper...bake till garlic is soft and spreadable about an hour.........(..can be dressed with a light cheese at the end of the bake.....though it is Great without) serve on french bread.....fresh or toasted...enjoy with wine ...beer... lemonade.....ect Gotta go...Im hungry Tim
