Your methodology sounds like the exact thing I need. I still go to an office 3-5 hours a day. That makes it impossible to watch a monitor during that time, of course. I've flirted with a few stocks that show volatility in order to trade options on them. But, I really like your idea of selling covered calls on the Q's.
